I. Basic precautions:

1. The electronic file invoice and loading list (the fixed template of our company) shall be provided for delivery.
2. The actual goods must be consistent with the declared product name in the shipping list (forecast). If the declaration does not match, our company will not be responsible for the customs deduction. All consequences and expenses will be borne by the sender.
3. Do not accept imitation brand products. If imitation brand products are found, a fine of RMB100-1000/ticket will be processed and returned.
5. Not to accept: liquids, powders, food, medicines, flammable and explosive, antiques, currencies and other countries prohibit export and airlines embargo products; if any act of filling is found, the goods will be confiscated and a fine of RMB 1,000 will be imposed;
6. Warm reminder: In order to ensure the smooth customs clearance of the goods, each product needs to be shipped with a "MADE IN CHINA" label. If the product is not affixed with a Chinese-made label and the goods are detained, our company will not be responsible;
7. U.S. local use UPS or FEDEX for transshipment and delivery;
8. If it is FBA goods, in order to ensure the normal scanning of FBA, at least 2 FBA barcodes (one at the front and back) must be affixed to each box of the outer box, please cooperate;
9. The above cargo service is limited to the 48 states of the United States. Mailboxes and military addresses are not accepted (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and other islands are not accepted)
10. If the address error causes UPS or FEDEX to change the address and deduction costs, the specific costs incurred need to be consulted with our customer service separately;
11. After the goods are shipped, if the customer needs to deduct, change the address, or need other services, additional operating costs are required. Please inquire for the specific costs;

13. The destination customs recognizes that the goods are branded goods, or are CE, Bluetooth, HDMI, FDA, FCC, laceyAct, DOT and other certification issues, or the goods belong to local anti-dumping, the goods or goods that do not meet the import requirements of the destination country, the customer needs Provide the corresponding authorization letter or certification report. III. Miscellaneous fees (need to be superimposed with product accessory fees)

1. If you declare more than 3 product names, you need to charge an additional 35 yuan per item for the above parts; for more than 6 items, you need to charge an additional 50 yuan per item;

2. About the return:
If the recipient or the sender during the delivery, or the wrong address can not be delivered, resulting in a return, the return fee will be reimbursed in time, whichever is actually generated;
For returned shipments, our company is only responsible for returning to our US warehouse and storing the goods for free for 3 days. The part beyond 3 days will be charged at RMB10/piece per day;
Shipping costs incurred during the refund process, our company will truthfully charge the sender;
If there is a request to re-send the shipment, the specific costs incurred need to be consulted with our customer service separately;

V. Fees for weight and volume accessories

1. The calculation method of cargo weight: length cm× width cm× height cm/6000, the total weight and volume weight are larger;
2. The following situations: The company needs to charge RMB170/piece; private addresses need to charge RMB600/piece:
A: The actual weight of a single piece is more than 22KG, and a small piece is 68KG;
B: The length of the first side exceeds 150CM, and the length of the second side exceeds 76CM;
C: Non-carton packaging goods, irregular packaging goods, the company address needs to add RMB170/piece;

VI. Compensation Clause

Compensation plan: (Choose this channel for delivery means that the default compensation standard of our company)
1) In the course of transportation, if all the goods are lost or deducted (such as due to infringement, our company does not bear any responsibility and reserves the right to pursue the sender’s compensation for the losses caused by our company), the compensation will be RMB40/KG, no refund Shipping.
2) The non-refundable freight that is partly lost after the UPS has been picked up will be compensated according to the declared value (up to 100 USD/ticket, and the specific compensation amount is subject to UPS official). The customer needs to provide an invoice and a UPS problem form, non-Amazon address and UPS has For the lost parts picked up, the recipient needs to find the local UPS to make a claim on his own.
