| 2. The volume calculation method is: length×width×height/6000; the billable weight of any part within 0.5kg for a single bill is counted as a full 0.5kg if it is less than 20.5KG (inclusive), and any part within 1kg is counted as a full 1kg if it is more than 21kg. | |||||||||
| 3. Warehouse booking is needed if the size of a shipment exceeds 300cm (length) * 120cm (width) * 160cm (height) or the billable weight of the shipment in a bill exceeds 999kg/bill. The transfer is allowed only when the booking is completed; | |||||||||
| 4. A remote area surcharge of RMB3.6/kg * fuel shall be charged if the consignee’s address is in a remote area, and the minimum charge for each bill is RMB180 * fuel; if DHL collects the remote area surcharge from our company after the goods are exported, we will charge accordingly. | |||||||||
| 5. The destination import tax paid by the consignor is subject to a handling fee of RMB150/bill; | |||||||||
| 6. If the length of one side of a piece exceeds 120cm or the billable weight of a piece exceeds 70kg (inclusive), the over-length and overweight fee of RMB300/bill shall be charged (additional fuel surcharge is required); if DHL collects the over-length and overweight fee from our company after the goods are exported, we will charge the consignor accordingly. | |||||||||
| 7. The surcharge of “specially handled cargoes” is collected for the goods transferred through DHL channel that fall into any of the following circumstances. Such pallets or cargoes require special treatment by DHL from receipt to delivery. The charge is RMB600/bill (additional fuel surcharge is required). Fees will be charged based on the following circumstances: I. There are marks / texts on the cargoes or their packages, indicating that the cargoes should not be stacked, such as [Do Not Stack / No Stack], except the indications given by the consignor. II. The cargoes are inappropriately packaged, fragile, unpackaged (naked package), or its shape or the cargoes on the pallet prevent the safe stack of other pallets or non-pallet cargoes. Note: The surcharge of “specially handled cargoes” will not be charged together with the over-length and overweight surcharge. Only one of them will be charged. If the shipment is delayed or returned due to packaging problems, all costs incurred shall be borne by the consignor. |

| 8. Address correction surcharge: RMB80 (no fuel surcharge is required). The address correction surcharge applies to any shipment that cannot be delivered for the following reasons: [1] The consignor gives a wrong or incomplete address of the consignee, such as the consignee’s postal area, city, country, address content, etc. [2] The consignee has been relocated from the address indicated on the shipping label or the waybill, or the hotel guest has checked out at the time of delivery [3] The consignee has left the company indicated on the shipping label or the waybill, and the company has refused to sign for it; The consignor shall provide accurate and complete information of the consignee when delivering the goods, so as to avoid additional costs after the shipment arrives at the destination and even affect customs clearance and delivery. All responsibilities and expenses arising from incomplete information of the consignee shall be borne by the consignor. |

| 9. Angola: each ticket cannot exceed 300KG; Nigeria: single ticket and single piece cannot exceed 70KG and textiles are not accepted; Tunisia: single ticket cannot exceed 40KG, single piece cannot exceed 30KG; otherwise, it will be returned. | |||||||||
| 10. Provide separate customs declaration service, customs declaration fee RMB350/ticket + RMB1/kg port fee, port fee minimum consumption of 100RMB, if there is a tariff, 150RMB handling fee + actual tariff reimbursement will be charged | |||||||||
| 12. Taxes, customs clearance fees, customs fines and other fees incurred by the shipment at the destination are directly collected from the consignor by our company if the consignee does not pay them, along with the handling fee charged according to standards; | |||||||||
| 13. Our company will charge the sender directly for the return fee incurred when the shipment is returned for whatever reason. | |||||||||
| 14.Using this price list means that the damages and losses incurred during the transportation of the goods will not be compensated (no free shipping and no compensation for declared value). If damages and losses occur during the operation by our company (no pick-up record for the D agency), we will exempt the freight of the damaged or lost part | |||||||||
| 15.The declared value is compensated but the maximum compensation amount shall not exceed USD100 per bill; please purchase insurance for the shipment with a declared value exceeding USD100. | |||||||||
