China-Hong Kong Export Express Price List (RMB)

1). Hong Kong warehouse:

1. Registration fee: RMB150/bill (collected directly by Hong Kong warehouse);
2. The Hong Kong customs declaration fee of RMB150/bill shall be charged for the express delivery from outside Hong Kong to Qinren warehouse
3. Loading fee: 0.15/kg or 30/m3 or 60/board, at the minimum charge of RMB100/bill;
4. Storage fee: 10/board or 20/m3 or 0.10/kg for daily rent (at the minimum charge of 20),
Rent-free for three days (counted from the day the goods enter the warehouse).

2). Pick-up charges in Hong Kong:

1. A minimum of RMB 500/bill within 500kg or 5m3 in office buildings (no registration fee);
2. A minimum of RMB 650 /bill within 500kg or 5m3 at the terminal or general warehouse; a minimum of 800 RMB/bill at the airport;
3. 0.45/kg or 90/m3 for the part exceeding 500kg or 5m3;

3). 0.90/kg or 180/m3 for the freight between China and Hong Kong (at the minimum charge of RMB400/bill)

4).RMB 300/bill for Mainland customs declaration (subject to actual expenses incurred if inspections are required)

5). All miscellaneous expenses and agency funds incurred in the process of transportation and customs declaration shall be reimbursed subject to actual conditions.
