China Customs freight forwarding tally report: refers to the record of the inspection and confirmation of the actual loading and unloading of goods and articles carried by inbound and outbound means of transport by operators of customs supervision workplaces, passenger customs clearance, and mail venues, or by tally departments.
China Customs Freight Forwarding Manifest Transmission Subject
Persons in charge of inbound and outbound transportation vehicles of China Customs freight forwarders, non-vessel shipping business operators, freight forwarders, shipping agencies, postal companies, express operators and other persons obliged to transmit manifest electronic data (hereinafter collectively referred to as "manifest transmitters") The electronic manifest data shall be transmitted to the Customs within the prescribed time limit according to the scope of customs recordation;
China Customs freight forwarders exporting goods consignors, tally departments, operators of customs-supervised workplaces and other persons obliged to transmit manifest-related electronic data shall transmit manifest-related electronic data to Customs within a specified time limit.
