5. Self-issue China import and export freight forwarder bill of lading/waybill, or ask for the owner’s bill of lading or airline waybill from the carrier, and send it to the owner in time. On the one hand, it serves as a proof of receipt of the goods, and on the other hand, it is beneficial to the owner of foreign exchange settlement and tax refund. And other matters;
6. Acting as an agent for certificate of origin, insurance, foreign exchange, settlement of freight and miscellaneous fees, collection of payment, etc. (If necessary);
7. To deal with unexpected situations, such as damage to the packaging, damage or damage to the goods during transportation, ask for a certificate of damage, and assist the shipper in claiming compensation from the carrier or insurance company.
